RXO has acquired Coyote Logistics. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when individuals interact with our services—whether as customers, carriers, drivers, warehouse personnel, or distributors.

Warehouse and Distributor Personnel

Individuals working at warehouses or distribution facilities may be asked to provide names, contact details, and other registration information when interacting with our Services.

Location tracking generally begins prior to scheduled pick-up and continues until the load is marked as delivered in our systems, or until certain time limits are reached. Drivers may disable location sharing in their device settings but must also ensure the load is marked delivered to stop tracking for a specific shipment.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose personal information:

To supply-chain participants (drivers, carriers, warehouses, distributors) as necessary to manage shipments
To our affiliates for purposes consistent with this Notice
To service providers performing functions such as hosting, data analysis, payment processing, customer support, or infrastructure operations

To mobile platform providers when push notifications are delivered to your device
